One White Festivité for Faculty and Staff – Dec. 15

This calendar year has been a great success for Jackson State University. We have worked as “One JSU” to provide more educational opportunities to prospective and current students.

The implementation of many presidential initiatives such as the Academy for Research and Scholarly Engagement and the Staff Leadership Institute, the opening of the new Veterans and Welcome Centers, the iPad Initiative, the new branding of JSU and a host of other initiatives have geared Jackson State University towards greater heights.

To celebrate this year’s achievements, President Carolyn W. Meyers cordially invites the faculty and staff of Jackson State University along with their spouses or significant others to the One White Festivité to be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012, at 6 p.m. at the Walter Payton Recreation and Wellness Center.

The JSU family will be treated to culinary creations from Chef Godfrey Morgan of Aramark. The night will feature a variety of entertainment. Come with your dancing shoes and be prepared to mix and mingle with your colleagues as we celebrate another milestone at Jackson State University.

Dress is formal or semi-formal (no jeans or T-shirts please).
