JSU student receives leadership award at national conference

Jotham Greer

(JACKSON, Miss.) – Jackson State University computer science student Jotham Greer was selected to receive a Leadership Award during the 16th annual National Women of Color STEM Conference Nov. 3-5 in Dallas, Texas.

In honor of his selection, Greer was invited to the Student Leadership Awards Dinner on Nov. 4, which was co-hosted by Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Greer was honored along with other outstanding college students in front of an audience of more than 800 STEM professionals and college students. He also will be recognized in the Women of Color conference magazine.
